These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through the website www.pimpant.co.uk.
By placing an order, the customer fully and expressly accepts these terms and conditions.

The site sells the following products: personal hygiene products, children's products, and home care products.
2. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the online sale of products offered by Pimpant SAS through its website and define the rights and obligations of both parties.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the applicable rate.
Delivery costs are specified during the checkout process.
Pimpant SAS reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the prices in force at the time the order is placed.
4. Orders
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The customer will receive an email confirmation once the order is complete.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of non-payment, incomplete details, or other irregularities.
5. Payment methods
Orders can be paid for using:
Credit and debit cards
Other methods shown on the site
Payment must be made at the time the order is confirmed.
6. Product availability
Products are offered subject to available stock.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and may choose to:
Wait for the item to be restocked
Receive a refund within 14 days
Substitute the item for an available alternative
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery means the transfer of physical possession of the goods to the customer.
Estimated delivery times are:
2 to 5 working days within the UK
Up to 10 days for EU deliveries
Deliveries are made by courier. Delivery costs are shown during checkout.
The customer must check the condition of the parcel upon receipt and report any damage or missing items within 2 working days. See the Shipping & Returns page for full details.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
The customer must return products intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

Follow the return instructions provided
Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Pimpant.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
9. Guarantee
All products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity for 24 months, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
In the event of a defect, the customer may request free repair or replacement of the product.
10. Liability
Pimpant SAS is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by force majeure or unforeseeable events.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, images, trademarks, logos) is the property of Pimpant SAS or third-party licensors.
Any unauthorised reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
12. Personal data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.

13. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the customer may:

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
For any dispute, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction (or the courts of the customer's place of residence, as applicable).
